Great for family stay

The room are clean and great. Our room are upgraded to 2-bedrooms apartment. Equipments in the room are complete ie microwave, stove. There is Coway water dispenser on the hallway. Very convenient.

Supposedly check in time is at 3pm. However our rooms are not ready until 5pm. Too many guests I guess.

Comfortable and pleasant

Generally good for location and room settings. Thank you for the baby cot. The room wifi has much improved.

1) unclear about booking payment when booked via agent and booking.com (but the front desk staff was helpful to resolve) 2) the drain/ sewage smell at Level B parking area has not been solved for many years since we first stayed here. 3) why must the hotel van be parked in the front of the building making it difficult for vehicles to maneuver?

Very nice stay in Kuching

Big, comfortable apartment with the nice view, quite place, underground parking was available, nice nad helpful staff

It was not easy to find entrance to the hotel even when using navigation (hotel is located over shopping center)

Overall i enjoyed my stay. Exceeded my expectation. Will come back again.

The room was superb. The comfort, the facilities and the cleanliness was amazing. It was worth the stay and for the money paid.

Can be improved. 1. It was supposed to be a large double bed when i booked. But the room i got was two single beds put together. Shouldnt it follow the selection made upon booking? 2. The water outlet (below) in the shower was stagnant. After showered, there's like a pool of water probably about 1 1/2nches high. But it subsides after a while. 3. The non stick pan needs to be replaced. Worn out. 4. Some of the bowls, plates and mugs were not in pairs. I booked for 2 pax. At least a pair of these would have been great.

Great location, friendly staff, okay room

The rooms are exactly as pictured on the website. However, what surprised me was the 'hallway' to the rooms. A long walkway through a little jungle. It matches very much with the reason people stay there (for the monkeys and/or sunbears). The hotel staff is very friendly. Checkin was super easy (and fast), the restaurant is nice with decent prices. And with 5-10 minutes walking you are at the monkey sightseeing! Excellent location!

The walls/door of the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything from all rooms.

Room cleanliness could be better and there is an obvious lack of maintenance such as the cleanliness of curtains etc

Everything was good just a few things that I mentions earlier

The staff were extra friendly especially the housekeeping (I don’t remember the name) but he is always cleaning my room at 1005 for a month plus I’m staying there.

don’t really have a choice for breakfast and there were no room service provided. Need to take away from outside. Number of staff working maybe very limited because at one point I had to req porter to help me but no one is available.

Outdate & Old Hotel

Location is good coz its near the mall & airport.

Unfortunately, the room is quite old & outdate though its clean. Bathroom toilet was smelly of urine. It was disgusting. Told the reception about it but they didn't apologise or act on it. Will not stay here again unless they refurbish. Airbnb has better option & friendlier owners !

Nothing.

Nothing... hotel was full of dust and stains everywhere: on the sheets, on the walls, on the curtains, on the sofa - everywhere! We didn’t enjoy our stay. We couldn’t operate by AC by ourselves, as it was centralized and the air was warm in the room. Hotel needs not only repair but general cleaning!!! I think even this old hotel you can clean property but your room service is just too lazy of doing it! We are very disappointed!!!

Overall, this is a value for money accommodation option in. Kuching.

The room was a complete living space... The kitchenette was well equipped. The mattress was comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was quite disappointing. I've stayed at cheaper hotels in Kuching which had better selection. The shower was a bit small.

Location is good, friendly staff.

Location is good, friendly staff. Pools are nice.

The whole floor should be carpeted. Size of d premier 2bdrm should be bigger.no pool attendend at d entrance of the pools to help with distribution of towels. We were even not being attended nor given any towels even after request.

Good and new building, very clean room, nice swimming pool, vey close to shopping centre

We could not check in at 15:00 which is check in time in this hotel because our room was not ready. We had to wait more than one hour and we were not compensated for that. Deposited WiFi signal was very strong in the whole our apartment the internet was working only in living room and there were slots in time it was not working at all.

Good value for your money

Large spacious rooms with a full kitchenette. Staff after checkin was extremely responsive dive and helpful. They placed an air ionizer which quickly dissipated any lingering odor.

Room had a musty odor and checkin was a bit lengthy.
